1. Illegal Activities
We came to know from the residents that some illegal and nuisance activities going on in one part of our neighborhood. We are working to take neccessary legal action on this matter immediately if needed. Meanwhile we urge every resident to report to us thru website of any suspicious activities in the neighborhood which will help us great deal. We are planning to form a Neighbor Crime Watch group which lot of resident showed interest of to create safer community. We are trying to gather information about it and will discuss more on our next HOA meeting in March. We need your help to protect all of us from some harmful hands.

2.Garage Sale
We also came to know certain home owners are putting more garage sales than normal number suggested by the state law which will be considered as business. We urge all the residents to limit to 2 garage sale for a year going forward. We are also planning to standarize the garage sales for our community as a whole instead of residents garage sale which will prevent lots of trepassers to our community.

3. Solicitation
We got a report from residents that solicitation had increased recently in our community. We have signs installed both in the front and back of our community and the business people need adhere to those restrictions. If you see any solicitation, please don't hestitate to question them and ask them to leave immediately otherwise legal action will be taken. If every resident starts questioning them, they will dare with come down again.

4.Parking Warning !!!
All Home owners are requested to park their vehicles in their own driveway without obstructing the walkway. According to the sheriff department, any vehicle can be towed if its obstructs the walkway and causes safety hazaard to the walkers. Please stick to the rule and try to park your vehicles without obstructing the walkway.

We had a very fun Holiday festival on a not so chill Saturday night Dec 10th. We had ornament creating, Cake walk and Cookie decorating events for kids. Santa Claus showed up to hear wishes from Kids for Christmas. We had Trackless Train rides for smaller and bigger kids. It was a really a fun festival. Thank you for the HOA Social Committee who planned and arranged this festival with help of volunteers.

Sorry, we have to cancel the Halloween Festival (Oct 29th) because of unavoidable reasons.

Thank you all for your donations and contributions. We really did very well in our drive which filled 2 Trucks and donated all items to Salvation Army which will go and reach the small shelters around Houston which hosts small families.

Because of overwhelming response,we are planning to start Annual Community Food Drive Event to give more opportunities to you all to give back to our Community.
