About HOA

We believe a community will only be Clean, Safe and Secure when managed by well established Home Owner Association(HOA). All the management activities for our HOA are handled by the experienced Principal Management Group (PMG).

PMG works as a Managing Agent for our HOA to provide all the back office functionality to our community. We collect homeowner's dues every year, a very nominal when compared to other HOA's in the area. This fee is used to run and manage our community and all its activities.

    HOA Board

    We have good knowledged team of people who heads our HOA Board of Directors to guide our community activities. Board Directors are responsible to govern, guide and regulate the activities handled by PMG. They are merely volunteers and don't get any compensation other than self satisfaction by helping the HOA.

    PMG's actions are fully authorized and led by the individual Board Members according to their Roles and Responsibilities.
