We are a friendly neighborhood with nice people in the Northwest Houston off FM249 in Grant Rd. We have 154 houses in our small community.

We have beautiful Willowbrook Mall, Fiesta, Walmart, Kroger & Randalls for all your Shopping needs, Methodist Hospital for all Healthcare needs, AMC 24 Cinema for Movies, and much more are all just 5mins away. We are happy to be homeowners in this wonderful community.

We are very tight knit close community looking out for each other's care. We have a park for children inside the community.
